CUSAFE applications are now open! - 13/01/2012

CUSAFE applications for 2012 are now open and will close on 15th March. Please email us if you have any questions. Also keep an eye on this website for details of the charity day in February where you can come to present your proposal to the SAFE reps.

Deadline for applications extended! - 07/01/2011

Please note that the deadline for funding applications has been extended to 28th February. We hope that this will allow plenty of time for applications to be prepared and submitted. Please register your charity and submit your application before this date to be eligible for consideration.

CUSAFE are seeking college SAFE schemes - 25/11/2010

CUSAFE are currently trying to track down all of the SAFE schemes throughout the colleges. If you have any information, please email us as soon as you can.

Application process now active! - 25/11/2010

The application process is now active and the deadline for submission is 31st January. We will be holding the charities day event at the beginning of February and will let you know more details soon.

CUSAFE Re-launches - 26/01/2010

At 7:30pm in the Coleridge room, Jesus College, Cambridge, CUSAFE re-launched and the brand new website was unveiled. Ricky Jones the webmaster has been working ridiculously hard to create a website which not only looks amazing but will be easy to use for both charities and SAFE reps. There was an opportunity for everyone to share advice and expertise. Overall the launch was a fantastic success!

International Development Day - 3/12/09

Sarah, Rosemary and Hannah rushed off to the International development day to represent CUSAFE and help publicise the society. We were able to talk to charities that SAFE had previously supported and find new charities which would benefit from funding. We also asked people about SAFE in their colleges. Some colleges appear to have amazing schemes operating, while others didn't know anything about it. We all came away feeling very positive about the potential CUSAFE has to improve this!

The first meeting - 21/11/09

The first meeting of the new committee has taken place! We discussed the new positions, the website and the aims we have for CUSAFE in the future. All the committee seemed to get on well and everyone is really excited about getting CUSAFE re-launched!
